Construction update: advanced façades and finishing works underway

The 22 October photographic update shows a visible step forward from the previous report. Several villas now have clearly defined exterior volumes and advanced façades, while timber ceilings, interior finishes, technical installations and finishing works continue to progress. The images also show simultaneous activity across several units.

This is a photographic update and does not include a new technical percentage report. No new overall project percentage is therefore assigned; the latest published percentages remain those from the 21 September update.

The weekly report through 21 Sep places total reported progress at 65.43% for Type A villas, 51.75% for Type B and 34.88% for Type C. Type A structure is complete, with interior works, technical installations and initial finishes continuing; its pool is at 90%. Type B structure is nearly complete, with interior works and technical installations started and the pool at 64.04%. Type C remains mainly in the structural phase, with its pool at 25.14%.

Type A structure is reported as complete, Type B is nearly complete and Type D continues to develop.
