ML Group develops and builds villas and resorts in Lombok. Once they are ready, Invera gets them ready to welcome guests and manages the day to day: setting rates, handling bookings and guests, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, and giving each owner clear information. Invera includes the ML Group partners plus three additional specialists, so the project stays supported after handover.
